For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns on swimwear unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sized. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging.
• Exchanges are offered for swimwear if the size is incorrect or the item is faulty.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange an exchange or refund (for non-swimwear items). Please provide photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

2. If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
3. Upon receiving the item, we will send out the correct size or a replacement for faulty items.
